Shipping & Returns
DOROVIĆ delivers to any address in the UK. All orders are sent through EVRI. We do not offer shipping outside the UK for the time being.
We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as we can. However, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer at the moment as our staff are working shorter shifts and our couriers are operating with a reduced service. All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

STANDARD DELIVERY 2-5 WORKING DAYS
£3.95 or FREE on orders over £30
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.
- Please note: Standard delivery time frames are approximate.

Please note that if a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package. If the customer fails to arrange a redelivery or pick up of their package and it is returned back to us the customer will need to pay postage costs again for us to post the parcel out again.
If a customer inputs the wrong delivery address and the parcel is delivered to that address it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package.
